Squeeky Noise!
Okay so just wanted to verify, I'm pretty sure I'm in need of a new belt. Anyways sometimes when the cars running there's a squeak that repeats like every half second, as I give it more throttle the squeak becomes louder and occurs more frequently. So is this my belt or something else? Where can I get it? How hard's the install? Tech day?

Re: Squeeky Noise!
Definitely check the muffler bearing first. Then check under the hood. Could be several things. Something could be causing the belt to slip or it could be the belt itself. Id find out exactly where its coming from instead of guessing.

I'd actually check the headlight fluid before you check the muffler bearing. The headlight fluid is infamous for leaking on S197s.

x3 on the muffler bearings...had those go out on me a few times. Luckily I had extra bearings laying around so I just glued some those in place and walla

This is absolutely true.....text messages are the same way. People sometimes think your pist or irritated (like I thought you were), but instead it was sarcasm.
Sometimes people forget its the internet and take things way too literally...I am at fault sometimes as well.

Re: Squeeky Noise!
Back to the sqeaking....pop the hood with the car running. Have a friend give the car a little gas in order to better isolate the squeek.

Re: Squeeky Noise!
You are the first person Ive heard say that. I understand I just prefer the look of tent. Some 10% would look real nice on your car. It would accent the blue really well.

Don't know if you've been by the dodge dealership but they've got a red srt8 challenger with red tint, you should try it with some blue!
