Re: supercharger
sell the hood and get a cowl hood.Easy and will keep the water out.Have the new hood painted to look like carbon fiber if you like that look.2 more pounds of boost will take care of the extra weight,or loose 10lbs.

Re: supercharger
well, i think it is narrowed down to the maf sensor and maybe the diablosport mafia extension. this is a much easier fix than the fuel system

Ugh, the Procharger stuff uses Diablo instead of SCT? MAF-ia (mafia)?! That's old-news stuff.
Simple fix - SCT tune, SCT big-air MAF. Especially given the fact that Kurtis works the SCT software, not sure if he has much experience with Diablostuff. I'm sure Kurtus could get it to work, but if anyone's doing anything that requires any kind of tuning, I'd HIGHLY suggest SCT everything to make sure it all jives well, and Kurtis can use it all without problem.
Did you buy the Procharger through Archangel Motorsports ? (Kurtis's shop)?

Re: supercharger
Doc what are the symptoms? Can you throw them out here so we can brainstorm. Believe it or not there are some pretty smart MF'ers on here.

I'm guessin Archangel figured out was was 'wrong', but doesn't sound like it was anything serious.
I made my suggestions for the fix awhile back. I'm interested to know how close I was to the diagnoses.

Re: supercharger
ok, i have been busy and out of pocket for awhile. one of the hoses blew off under the fender, so you couldnt see it or feel it to be loose, so they didnt find it until they took the bumper back off. so basically my mechanic (me) sucks but that is neither here nor there!
bottom line- i pick the car up this afternoon!
