Your car made me flinch when it was on the dyno and i was on the other side of the building. I was like "Holy Sh*t what is that". By the way, im the guy who brought you your dyno sheet when you were on the ground by your car. It was the least i could do for you making me SHART in my pants.

Paul, I am assuming it was the bad gas.... all the extra additives I added, I'm sure they didn't help! hahaha
Anyways, the tech told me that all should be covered under the warrenty. See Gentlemen, buy an expensive car... be friendly with the techs.... get car taken care of, no out of pocket expenses!

That still sucks. but glad it won't cost you any $$$. where did you take it? Joe Pooper?
All the bad gas these days... This is the 3rd one this year. I'm wondering if the switch over to 10% ethanol has done something to stir the tanks.

I've actually managed to fill up on 100% gas a lot lately. Takes a little planning, and you have to hit the staions a little more often when you are in the neighborhood of said gas stations, but I think it is worth it, for the gas mileage if nothing else.

Elm(161st) and the BA. Shell Station in between Ferguson buick, pontiac, crap and kia. Across from bueno.91 Octane is 100% gas. Do not go to the Valero down from that. that is where me and jarrod got our bad gas.

How do you like the Edge? We have one and love it. We needed something to haul Scuba Gear around and she hates trucks, but love it.
Its not that bad... its not a pony, but it rides nice! doesn't look that bad either!

That Shell will be the only place I get my gas... I have filled up with the last to ponies and have NEVER had a problem from there!

I have a Sinclare 1/2 block from my house.... 100% gas... 91 octane..... = Roush in shop! I don't think I will go back to a "neighborhood" gas station

The Phillips at 71st and Mingo is 100% gas on 91octane so both of those the 71st and mingo and shell at 161st and BA are the only two i fill up at.

I have filled up in Jenks, Mannford and Skiatook with 100% gas. Seems the small towns are more likely than Tulsa to have real gas. My main visits are to 71st & Mingo and Jenks. I'm about halfway between the two.

Well since he broke one of the intake bolts off...hes going to have to have it drilled out I assume. No bueno...shavings in the motor are no good.

Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
they make easy outs he could use to tap into the bolt and should be able to get it out

Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
just dont break an easy out inside the bolt b/c they are a PITA to drill out even worse than the original bolt,

Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
And the newer mustangs have mostlty REUSABLE gaskets on them. I know the Upper and Lower intake are reusable and the timing cover gasket is reusable. No need to worry...that intake can come off and on quite a bit before replacing that gasket.

Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
But theres still the issue with "THE BOLT"
Guest- Guest
Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
id go the easy out route first before i would ever drill out a bolt, b/c you will almost always screw up your threads on it plus the metal shavings are a mess, sucks to have to rethread that hole too
