Or maybe you just buy a stick of dynomite and blow the car up.... Ist probably cheaper then buying the kit.

Man that is crazy! I have more engine mods than you I think and I only ran 281 HP... hmm Im pretty dissappointed now. Can you get me your mod list? That is some good numbers man. I like it! I might need to change my setup.
I think 326 is flywheel... Josh you had 281 RWHP add in 15% drivetrain loss... you'd have 323 Flywheel HP. Not bad.
his and mine were on the same dyno how is my flywheel and his rwhp?
Pauls a little slow....yours is RWHP. No dyno reads Flywheel unless its an engine dyno at the factory hehe or at an engine building facility
So did the dyno read 326hp or was he converting it to flywheel hp? I think with his mods theres no way hes at 326 rwhp. That would be roughly 40hp more then everyone else with the same mods. Does that seem right. Ive heard of factory freaks but 40hp power is much.

It was reading RWHP......and to answer your question yes...he is reading very high. With those numbers Ryan should run no less than 12s on street tires consistantly.
Paul, David, Myself, and others all dynod roughly the same on curtis's dyno, so its safe to say the HP per Mod is consistant. Ryan does not have underdrive pulleys, CMCV delete plates, Driveshaft...etc etc So yes the numbers are suspicious.
But hey...could be a factory freak. Ryan needs to take it to the drag strip and let her rip. MPH in the 1/4 will tell us where hes at for HP.
Someone on deadhorse mentioned that lifting up on the front roller could have effected the numbers. heck I dunno But yes 326Rwhp is VERY high for what he has done. He should be in that 280-290rwhp range

That was only the first pull, greg did not take it to 6000rpms. Next 2 pulls where over 430. Jarrod is just jealous cause his stang is not a freak.

My first run was 402, but it was because it hit the rev limiter. Third run was 438.

In my opionion no. Are you the first person to buy the car? It may of had some work done to it. If you are the only owner i would say the numbers are wrong. imo. These cars with your mods have been putting down 280rwhp to 290rwhp and with CAI,udp, delete plates,x pipe and tune these cars have been putting down 295rwhp to 305 rwhp. I would think to get to those numbers it would take some head work or alot more little stuff like longtubes, coil packs, higher octane tune plus the stuff listed above. I have not dynoed mine but the owner before me did at curtis's dynojet and it dynoed 301rwhp and 310rwtq and that is with Steeda CAI, Steeda udp, Steeda intake spacer(doesnt add anything) FRPP Shortie headers, Pypes Mid X pipe(no cats), Flowmaster mufflers, and dyno tune from Curtis(91 Octane). So to think that your car with one or two less mods has 25 more horses then mine or 40 more horses then Joshua's, it is hard to believe. But for mine to have 20 more horses then Joshuas is kind of crazy to so I dont know. I would bet if i had dynod on Sat it probably would have put down somewhere between 285rwhp and 295rwhp. I think curtis's dyno shows more horses then most but who knows.
Dont get me wrong, you could have a factory freak wednsday car that someone got a little crazy with. Who knows. I think you were shooting a 50 shot of NOS in my opionion!!!!
I would not worry about it very much. Once you get to the track and run it, those times are all that matters.

Joshes could have spun a little on the barrels who knows. I have never seen a dyno that jumped forward like that NEVER! I have always seen them strapped down tight and they really dont move an inch. Check out some dynos on YOUTUBE you will know what i mean. Not saying its not a good dyno, just could be part of the issue with numbers. Blairs numbers were about right but the SN95's were showing more horsepower then i expected. Joshua's was a little low as well. I was guessing 295rwhp and it only put down 278rwhp i think. I was like "what the hell".
Maybe you should let me have your car for the day and i will tell you if it has 326rwhp after im done. By the way, I cant garrentee it will be in one piece afterwards.

I saw your car roll up on the front rollers when dynoing....Josh's stayed planted on both through the run. This might also have been an issue. Without that 2nd roller there is less rolling resistance due to spinning just one of the 2. My theory anyways.

I actually dyno'd 325 Rwhp and almost 330 RWtq on a mustang dyno in Hennesey OK.....witnesses are Tony white and Doc.
I called BS on myself with those numbers....so I am kind of an expert at exaggerated numbers on a dyno

Re: ~ Information on Dyno Day this Saturday Feb. 7 ~
Hey guy's I do not want to throw gas on a fire but after talking to Doug @ Bamachips this morning and telling him what I saw and answering his questions um no. Greg has already pm'd me to offer a refund for not "being able to lock out 3rd" but Doug said that was a little suspisous he never has to do that and said that brand of dyno is ok but not really very good oh and we should have never jumped that far onto the roller but stayed between them. Ok so now having said this I will get chastized from Greg but hey the truth is the truth I am just saying. I understand that he is learning and that is why it was so cheap but he needs to not practice on other peoples cars. But he is a very nice guy and I think he means well so go ahead and get on me if you want.

Gregs a pretty savvy guy....he'll pick it up pretty quick I think. Once he has the hang of the tuning and dyno combination...I think hes going to have a pretty darn good shop. Give it time....I think we will be pleasantly suprised.
George you speak your mind and I like that about you. I did think the car shifting up on the front roller looked a little off. Not sure how much it scewed the #s one way or another if at all.
