no problem. yeah thats with the land and i used rousch coleman. them and simmons are the main 2 builders in the area

congrats aaron, house looks great! personally, i would never build a house, you get to customize it the way you want, i guess. but you really overpay for what you get. you can buy a newer used house probably bigger than what you want for way cheaper most of the time.. just my opionion. but congrats tho! building a house at a young age is something to be proud of!!! looks reallly nice! oh and im btwn 101st and 111th, on the west side of elm. lol Bold moves mustang club of broken arrow ftw!

thats what i thought too until i started looking around. its not quite like buying a used car though. it would be really hard to find a really nice house in a residential neighborhood in ba for 120k with a backyard that is 110+ feet long from the back door (twice the normal size). also when you factor in the thousands of dollars needed to upgrade everything to brand new and the fact that it is a full brick house youd be hard pressed to find a deal like we did.

I'll be joining that club soon. Found a few houses we like, just gotta decide which to make an offer on. All around 219th and 71st...
