If anyone was wanting to come by we are going to start working on this when Jerry gets back to Tulsa so probably around 6:30 or so.

Re: Rear End Differential
Don't you all have anything better to do on a Saturday night than to sit and read the forums??

Re: Rear End Differential
A couple of us just got back from the NITRO JAM! It works best if you say it in that announcer voice...
Pretty cool. A couple of the big boys got into the 4 sec range. Friggin nutz... When those nitro cars run your whole body vibrates. Pretty wild. Something you just gotta experience at least once.
The only down side was that we were the only group there with all of our teeth...

Re: Rear End Differential
Well.. We got it all apart and then found out we had the wrong seal. It looks like those lovely people at autobone gave us a seal for a transmission and not a rear end. The guy may have been confused and gave us one for a 8.8 but they said it was a tranny seal. Either way they did not have one in stock for a 9.75 rear so we will have to wait and finish it up tomorrow after the stores open and we can get the right seal.

Re: Rear End Differential
Ahhhh so the great Jarrod didn't go to NITRO JAM!(announcer voice) because he was playing with a rear end. Figures.
The nitro cars were a blast! No pun intended. Full body experience all of the senses are rocked by those damn things. The Jet powered Semi running a 7 second 1/4 mile was pretty wild too. Loved the flames!

Re: Rear End Differential
We will be starting it about 7-7:30, Jarrod and I get off of work at 6, take the cars home, get changed and get back over to his brothers house. Probably won't start any earlier than 7 and should only take about 30 minutes to get finished.
