They don't sell glass tops in Puerto Rico. They sell the ones that has the pull back canvas top like a VW bus.

In 1974 they sold over 385,000 of them. That's more than 100,000 for than they sold in 2006. And the 1974 car won MT Car of the Year. Scary...

i will dont consider the 1970 shelby to be a shelby, i feel the last real shelby of that era was the 1968, as for the boss theres no argument there.

I'm sticking with the 64 gto.Oh yeah,this is a ford site.Ok,1970 BOSS 429,Black of course.Until you have to lift the motor to change the passenger side plugs,which back then was every 15-20 k miles.

That's how I changed the driver's side plugs on my '77 Trans Am - jacked up the fender and went in over top of the tire with a really long socket extension. Can't say I miss that car, as a part of it has always remained with me - the front third of the crankshaft that broke off.

Nope - just poor quality control on GM's part. Was going 35mph down a service road in west Texas when it happened. Believe me, if your crank breaks in two you know from the sound that makes it ain't something you can fix with a roll of duct tape and some bailing wire.

because they werent produced by shelby american, shelby terminated their agreement with ford in the summer of 69
