Re: I better be wrong
Lesson learned here is to make sure if you leave your car with ANY shop check to be sure they have insurance. If not specify under no uncertian terms are they allowed to test drive your car without you present!

Re: I better be wrong
I guess in the back of my mind I've always assumed they would have insurance. Going forward I'm going to be asking questions.
Re: I better be wrong
Exactly. You would assume they would be covered

hey dein show the pics again of what you can do at 65mphTims2002gt wrote:If you have a handheld tuner and it allows you end user rights, you can adjust the rpm and speed limiters and download the modified tune before you take it in. Any time mine sees any type of shop, I set the rpm limit to 3500 and the speed limit to 65 mph! Take that "joyriders"!!

Read around Post 29. It was Houston Performance, not HPP (Manny) in Lewisville. Houston is owned by Steve Drier not Manny.

Hey Welcome Jack! Glad to have you. Post an introduction of yourself and your ride in the Introduction section
I dont think anyone here said it was Manny at HPP..... HP is a separate entitiy and I would not hesitate to take my ride to HPP...they do good work from what I hear...and Manny seems to know is stuff!!
But thanks for clarifying....HP will not see a dime from me.
