You definately don't want to get any on your paint. It will destroy a paint job quickly. Not sure if it will hurt your tires. I wouldn't think so, but who knows.

I guess I'm not seeing how you would need longer brake lines for a lowered vehicle. The stock ones are fine for lowered cars. Also, on Steeda's website they don't show two different brake hoses for the 05+'s. Just my opinion, but I would just go pickup the new lines from CarDfx and have someone else install them.
