Ha ha!! You're too funny, Tony! You know the only time you've seen a Mineral Grey Mustang in the last two weeks is when you logged on to the forum and saw those beautiful pics in my sig! Must be frustrating being at a meet like that in a VB - feels like driving around with mirrors all around you.

You might want to get a paxon.... since, I am pretty sure ROUSH made that pretty little supercharger that sits so nicely on your 5.4L!

I'm pretty sure that Eaton made that pretty little supercharger, and if Roush could they would try to charge a monthly "use fee" for driving the car just because they did some warranty testing for Ford................................
And we won't even talk about how they try to rape you for buying a TVS....................which Eaton ALSO built. Hopefully with the ZR1 on the market a guy can get his hands on one for a reasonable price..............
but we digress from the topic

See thats what I thought..... Roush has a small shop in MI where they assymble the M90 Roushchargers and TVS Roushchargers.... maybe they get the parts from Eaton?!?!? I was misinformed..... At first, when I was told that... I was like... I thought Eaton made the sc... the person I talked to said, nope Roush does. I was like, whatever..... the Roush and Ford sc look similar, minus the names....
But thanx for ruining my raggin on Tall & Lanky..... you guys take all the fun out of it!!!

BTW.... CarFX needs some competition..... Its sad they are the only place around here to get local pony parts.....
Last friday they were selling Roush LCA for $150.... I called yesterday, she told me they had one left and Will took the sign down.... so they were normal price..... I was like Nevermind!

NO IT'S NOT A GOOD DEAL!
First of all you HAVE to buy the "kit"; including the Ford Racing CAI and ProCal tuner. I already have a CAI and an SCT tuner. I don't want the "Roush" tune, I would use VMP's tune. Now compare the $5k price to the price of just buying the Whipple 3.4L blower without any of the other stuff...................
The FRPP TVS price is about $1500 too high.........................but hey they think that GT500 owners are @#*!#$* made of money so they're stupid enough to pay anything they ask. I heard a Roush employee say this on the phone the day they set the price. You'll find no love for them here!

As Jeff stated that is not a very good deal, sometimes if you watch ebay you can find them for around 3500 for blower only. You can get a 3.4 whipple for around 5k but then you have to lower motor or buy a hood, to much hassle and way too big. You can get a 2.9 whipple for 3500 just for the blower, these are brand new and just coming out. With the supplied 3.25 pulley pushing 16psi it layed down like 680rwhp with 91 octane and the tune wasn't even right yet. Always got the twin turbo option but that runs around 6k, but it has the most potential.
