Re: Mods VS Rods Race
All I wanna do is get my stock car into the 12's so I can start modifying. TNT daze at TRP are not cooperating with me! I'd go this afternoon, but I have a Nickleback concert to go to this evening.
That's OK. You don't have to shed any tears for me.....

Re: Mods VS Rods Race
I knew you were. My problem is when I go to a concert I have to get good seats so I am always paying way to much. But since I am probably only going to see them that once, it is worth getting close and enjoying it. So 75 was really a pretty good deal. Plus the wife loves them and it was a christmas present, I just get to tag along.

What's bad is in the new duct tape arena the nosebleed tickets to anything are close to $80. It's a rip!

Re: Mods VS Rods Race
So, I was thinking, we don't really need faster modular motor cars to show up. We really just need more to come out and run. If we outnumber them by a large margin than we could win because of the byes we will receive!
Another thought I had was instead of pairing the mods vs. rods. Pair the mods from OKC/area against the mods from Tulsa/area. And the same with the rod cars. Just a couple of thoughts!

Re: Mods VS Rods Race
That would end up just being a BMMC against OKDHM and in that they definately have numbers. Not quality just quantity..

Re: Mods VS Rods Race
So I guess nobody liked my idea, .
Its not something I expect them to try, just kicking around an idea. However, I do think that the Tulsa cars could more than hold their own in the format I suggested.
