New guy checking in Empty New guy checking in

Post by Leonard 95 12/9/2008, 12:16 pm

Just a new guy checking in, Jarrod (Grabber07) told me to check it out. Anyways, been driving mustangs for about 14 years now. Had 90 7up green convert lx, rip. :) Other car was 95 cobra, 327 with s-trim, gone thank god. Now driving a 08 gt500, done some mods, springs, cold air, 2.6 pulley, tune and some other exterior stuff. My daily driver is 03 harley f150, mostly stock besides lightning pulley and susp kit. Anyways, I work at 97th Memorial Bill Knight Ford as a tech, been here about almost 10 years now.

Beautiful ride David!! Glad you could make it over here!

Great bunch of members we have here. I think you will fit in nicely. Also good to have a resident Ford Tech on hand to answer questions! We have a couple other Techs on the forum as well from bob hurley. One with a lightning and one with an S197

Well make yourself confortable...and welcome

yea, I really liked my 7up car, it was a blast. Just had some heads, headers, gears, off road etc on it back in 94/95. Ran pretty good till a volkswagon bug decided to turn in front of me. The cobra ran well also, the last setup was the 327, s-trim, tfs heads, tfs cam, rpm intake and lentech aod tranny. Sob ran great, but it liked to eat head gaskets. I actually had bigger plans for it, had a ys-trim blower and other stuff. Then I came to my senses and sold everything, no regrets after getting the gt500. :)

Oops Sorry David. I meant to say that All guys named David have great taste and have rare cars. Not too many Mineral Grey, White Mustangs roaming around. I think Vista Blue was the most popular color. I see them everywhere!
