Trying to get rid of some 05+ GT Rear Eibachs and 79-04 V6 Fronts...
Bought them sight-unseen about a year ago. Guy told me they were for 79-04, but looking at them, they are a lot bigger. Bought a completely new set of springs, so I have these sitting here.
Also have the front 79-04 V6 Front Eibach Pro-Kit springs I purchased.
Was trying to be cheap and buy people's leftovers, it didn't work in my favor.
$50 each or $75 will just take them all. These look as though they have never been used...
Can bring them tonight if I get an immediate interest...

I would love to take the springs off your hands, but I'm not sure what I would do with just front springs and as far as I can see the only way to get just 2 would be to get them used off of someone...The price is good, but not very practical.

Yea, thats the situation i am. With searching, its possible to find something wanting a staggered look and mixing them

Found a set of h&r rear race springs that offer a 1.25" drop. Would sell this and the 79-04 fronts for 100 bux...

Would it be a problem to run mismatched springs? Or would that not matter? I don't really know that much about suspension. Also, another random question, if you upgrade the springs do you have to get aftermarket shocks/struts or can you run stock ones with lowering springs?

Loaded question..... depends of the specs (height and spring rate? Progressive or specific rate?). Also depends on setup and desires. Too many factors....

Yea, there are different load factors, but the h&r race springs are very comparable to the eibach prokit. Both offer between a 1.25 and 1.5 inch drop.. since they are designed for daily use, would imagine the spring rates are the same too.
Only visual difference is that the eibachs are black, h&r are red...

So could i run those without any other mods to the car? I wouldnt need new shocks/struts to use them? I dont think the color difference would really be noticeable.

Youll always see a better response, but its not necessary. Join mach 1 registry and watch for some shocks on there. Got mine for 100 bux.
