Personal Training at Body Sculpting on 81st and Memorial
I'm starting to Personal Train at Body Sculpting, just a few doors down from El Tequila on 81st and Memorial.
It is a small personal training studio and I'll give Free Fitness Evaluations.
I specialize in:
- Weight Loss
- Strength Training
- Muscle toning
I'm recently certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I'm looking to start out my clientele so if you don't mind, please spread the word!
Most gyms will charge you as packages (have to buy so many sessions). With me, you pay up front and however many sessions you want. No sign up fee, No contracts, No monthly fees, nothing! Just pay me up front for however sessions you would like. Easy as that.
For BMMC members, I will offer a sweet, sweet deal. $25 / hr. Most Personal Trainers charge $45+ / hr, even upwards of $75 / hr. I'm just trying to get my name out there so please spread the word!
This time spent is NOT your typical 60 minutes that you would receive at a normal gym. An hour can be an hour 15, an hour 20, etc. Whenever you finish your routine for that day, is when you leave. I'm not going to cut you off when the clock strikes 3:00. You aren't getting any better like that so why do it?
Give me a call or shoot me a text if anyone has anymore questions.
Thanks a lot guys,
Chris Clabo

You might want to leave it a little longer, so he can get out the wrinkles, Blair

True, I should be better behaved, but Blair likes it when I'm feisty.

The wrinkles show character, but if the body came back 75 lbs lighter, my car would run faster....

Re: Personal Training at Body Sculpting on 81st and Memorial
**Little Update**
I'll be back in Tulsa: December 17 - January 17 for Christmas break if anyone is interested in Personal Training during those times.
My hours will be very flexible since I will be out of school.
I'm a Personal Trainer here at All American Fitness Xpress in Norman and charge a much higher rate than $25 / hour, but I will still offer the $25 / hour to BMMC members during break!
Have a safe and Happy Holidays!

Re: Personal Training at Body Sculpting on 81st and Memorial
that's a damn good deal, wish you were here full time... my wife is wanting to get a trainer, but wants something more long term...
Re: Personal Training at Body Sculpting on 81st and Memorial
Not a problem.
Lee, does she already have a membership somewhere? I ask because, usually you can't get a personal trainer without paying for the monthly memberships of the club as well as the trainer itself.
Something to think about, since I train at a private studio; there are absolutely no other fees. Just pay me up front for training. No sign up fee, no monthly fee, no contract, etc.
