Not a personal best, but not far from it!
Well, I went bracket racing Saturday and got my butt handed to me but I really wasn't wanting to face our local Friday night crowd of ricers and wanna-be's at the TNT. I ended up getting eliminated in the first round of racing but I did get to do some time only runs afterwards for free. (The bracket racers love me because I'm so inconsistant hahaha)
My best run of the day was a 7.65 @ 91.4 mph, with a 1.72 60' (granny shifting). Not my best, but not off by far....just .03
I had a great time and since this was the first time back to the track since last summer, I was a little rusty to say the least. I think the car has a 7.4x in it with a little more practice. The new tires and shifter worked awesome and if I would'nt have been afraid of breaking something then I would have posted a new best....maybe next time. All in all it was a good day of racing, I didn't break anything!!!...well I did break a lug nut (the locker) but that's nothing comparatively.
Watch out T-Town, I'm headed your way soon, then I can post up my 11.xx timeslip!

Thanks guys, I was really afraid of snapping a half shaft so I was pretty much babying it out of the hole, launching at about 4000rpm's and slipping the clutch pretty good. I did get a hand full of 1.7x 60's like that. I was just too afraid to shock the drive line and possibly break something. I didn't even powershift like I was wanting to. I'm such a chicken!!
As far as what all is on the car, LOTS of odd and end stuff. I'll try to list it all.
Motor Mods: Factory Eaton supercharger with 2.76" upper pulley w/aux idler, K&N FIPK II, ported BBK twin 65mm TB, Metco idler pullies, NGK TR-6's, LFP intercooler reservoir. Custom tune from RWTD A/F set at 11.6:1 up to 4500 and 11.4:1 from 4500-6500.
Drive train mods: Stock T-56 with spec 3 clutch, MGW shifter, Fiore quadrant and microclick firewall adjuster, IRS mods consist of Steeda IRS bushings, QA1 single adjustable shocks (12 settings), Billet Flow IRS brace, stock 3.55 gears, FLSFC's, running on 16x10.5x16" MT ET Streets.
I think thats about it....like I said, lots of odd and end stuff!!
