IMO owasso cops are like the BA cops of 10-15 years ago. Bunch of young punks with a chip on their shoulders trying to prove they are tough guys or some such nonsense. Why exactly do you need three cruisers for every one mile stretch in Owasso? That Amanda is why you can't get a raise.
