Newbie to the 3V world.....
Hello everyone! Thought I would finally register and introduce myself after lurking around gathering information for the last couple months. I have introduced a 2006 GT to my stable which consists of 1967 fastback, 1987 coupe w/2.3T, and 1991 LX hatch.
The '06 has dark charcoal leather, 5 speed, 18" polished bullitts, 3.55's, shaker 500, Ford CAI, Eibach sport pro springs, MGW shifter, CS front fascia, Cervini's 67 hood, street scene ducktail, sequential tails, tinted tails, clear corners, oh and highly custom paint done by my wonderfully talented husband.
The pictures don't do the paint work justice. It is capped with a brushed aluminum look, rivets, pinstripe and the center scoop has a spun aluminum effect to it. The majority of the cap has a slightly matted finish to show off the effects better.
Anyways, here are the pictures. Enjoy!

Welcome, I know your name well from DeadHorse. I have been around the mustang forums for a long time and tried to get the Tulsa people together from DeadHorse before but nothing ever stuck so I gave up on them.. lol.. This group is much better about staying together. I also ran www.carbdford.com until I let one of the long timers take it over and I only admin that board now. Glad to have you here and you will find this group to be very loyal and very down to earth.

Does your husband have a paint and body shop? Or just enjoy painting? He did a great job...that top color looks almost aluminum like. Pretty cool

Yes, I am from Deadhorse. Been over there for to long to think about. I've seen Jarrod whore out Bold Moves on DH. jbt21479 and deez-67 also told me to scout the place out while we were building my car.
Name is Dione, most people call me D. My husband does have a shop in Ponca City where we live. And he does indeed enjoy painting especially on projects like this.
Thanks for the props.

Don't make me name you mac & cheese too.
Probably not much going to happen in the way of performance goodies. I have a heavily modded pushrod  and don't really want to go that route again. Looking for a good driver.
