Hey guys. Just sharin some pics I took today. The first two are normal pics, and the last ones are "HDR". For those of you who don't know what that is...you combine three pictures that were all taken at different exposures. I kind of went overboard with it, but it gives some cool effects.

Yup. I called Kenne Bell and they're simply sending me a new one for free. Some people complain about KB's customer service, but I've dealt with them several times with issues like this, and they give me absolutely no problems. They've commonly sent me free stuff, to keep me happy. Anyway, I got a new pulley that was blown out, and while I'm fixing pulleys, I ordered some nice billet idler pullies from Steeda, to replace the others. Should look good, and last longer, etc etc.

Here's another one. Its an old pic, but I re-did the tonemapping and I think I did a better job this time.

Damn Matt those pictures look great. I am getting a Showboard done by http://www.palmiericoncepts.com/car-shows/usa-canada-car-shows-2.htm and I need some good pictures to work with. Any chance that I could get you to work with me on creating some HDR images? Maybe we could do it at the next Bold Moves event in 09? Of course I would pay for your time and I really think that is the look I am going for.

Absolutely! I nowhere near consider myself a pro or anything. I just enjoy taking pics and trying to improve them. Its just a hobby. Just remind me next spring or whenever, and I'll be happy to help you out! Also, don't be nervous about trying it yourself. Thats all i've done, is just go try it, and practice with it. You'd be surprised the pics you can get from just a point and shoot camera, if you use it right.
