I am getting excited should have a 67 cobra by next week (replica of corse as i am not rich) it has a ford 9" and i have many gears to play with 5.83 and 6.20 . Cant wait to see what happens when I get 500hp with a 6.20 in a 2000lb fiberglass bucket.

lucky bastard. i've always wanted to go through all the lacerations of building my own from one of the kits rather than buying someone elses.

its not a kit was built by north american fiberglass we are going to upgrade the engine from 270hp 302 to a 500hp csate engine.

And there is a difference between a Replica and a kit. A replica is built and a kit is just just that. A kit.... Replica tend to bring more $$$. I wanted to build mine own... but got a deal I couldn't pass up.

got it from a freind who bought it at the leake auction last year he has a pretty cool collection.it has a 302H.O. (LOL) only 270hp but that what the build sheet called it. it runs ok just because it is light.I talked to him on the phone today he is going to trade me a 4.56 gear for the 5.83 i am not using.first thing that i want to do something about is the pipes they are black (have some flaking) i want to get them nickeled or ceramic coated or just buy new ones. it is not all that fast right now but it will still be fun with the 4.56 gear till i can get my crate motor (500hp) then it will be REEEAAAL fun
