Anyone know anything about truck tires?

I'm looking to get some new tires for my f150 and wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. My stock tire size is 235/75/15 but I would really like to go up to 31x10.50 15s. I would be willing to spend up to $700 for a set if I have to but obviously if I can stay lower than that I will. I want something as aggressive (offroad aggressive not street aggressive)as possible and yet still be streetable and affordable. I know I will probably have to stay with the smaller size to stay in my price range but just thought I would see if anyone has any ideas.

check out some NITTO terra grapplers. i run them on my h2, had them on my f150. i like them. they have about 60k miles on my h and ill prob get another year or 2 out of them.

Jerry and i have looked at the terra grapplers also. Seem to be a good priced middle of the road tire.

Look at Discounttire.com i have bought from them, very reasonably priced and usually free shipping. Pick some out and and post what you like in here and we can give you some criticism! Haha

If you want to go real nice, i would highly suggest Cooper tires. Just put their new AT/3 on wifes jeep and they were 10x better than the crappy goodyear forteras.

Also mickey thompson baja ATZ and MTZ are good tires, alot of jeep guys run them and i think they are owned by cooper

I run with Coopers and I dont think you can go wrong with them. They are a little bit higher on the price scale but you get what you pay for.

I found a local shop in sand springs where I can get them for about $575 mounted balanced and out the door and comes with a $75 rebate. If you have them and really like them then that gives them even more points.

That is a really good price for Cooper's. Just ask how old their tires are, I went to buy tires online once and they told me their tires were so cheap because they were between 2-4 years old. They bought overstock or left overs from tire shops closing up.

After doing some more research I think I am going to go with the at3's. I found several reviews for them online and all had nothing but great things to say about them. Now I just need to decide if I want to get the 235/75/15s or go for the more expensive 31x10.50 15s. I did some research and people said that they 31s fit just fine without a lift or anything on my truck. It will lift it about an inch over what it is now and ofc jack the crap out of my speedo , but will look a lot more aggressive.

Went back in and took a look at the sizes and decided to go with the 31s. They had to ship them over from another store so I get them put on after work tomorrow I'll post pics once I get them on :)

Got the tires on this morning. I love the look of the 31x10.5s; not huge but for sure bigger than what was on there and a much better looking tread pattern too. Pics:
