Tomorrow is setting up to be a text book outbreak day.... and very dangerous. Looking at some of the maps tonight. Seeing cape values (measures instability and energy) all the way up to the 5000 range. As a measuring stick... At 3500 it's considered extremely unstable.

Pay attention tomorrow...

Plus I have a garage so I'm good, now if it hits while I'm parked at school thats a hole 'nother story cuz my ass is sprintin outta class and gunning it to the nearest covered spot!

Not worried about hail on this one. When I said "Outbreak" I meant tornado outbreak. Today there is a good chance of strong long track tornados. They bumped us up from a moderate risk to a rare high risk. Stay aware. Especailly between 5pm and 11pm. I'm going to try to chase after work...

Yep. All my geeky chaser forums are a buzz this morning! The timing is of concern right now. While they will develop to our west later this afternoon, my concern is that they will hit the Tulsa shortly before or right after sunset. Night time tornadoes are more dangerous for obvious reasons.

Daytime heating can not be a good thing either right now

Cloud cover is moving out and should be gone by mid afternoon. That will allow the atmosphere to juice up even more.

Just to make a serious note to all. This is an exteremly dangerous setup. Please make a plan now of what you are going to do in the event of a tornado. People in Joplin some of them only had minutes to make a decision. Have a plan of action ready now!!

Yes. Don't wanna sound like a Panic Pauly but some of these numbers in the models this afternoon... I've never seen this high before. Tons of chatter going on my chaser forum. This could be an historic event. Just have a plan.

Wedge F4+Tornado passing just north of Piedmont,OK(North of OKC) right now. Kfor and Weather channel been covering it for 30+ minutes now. Power pole flew by storm chaser's window while covering the storm. He was abit too close.

so its ok for other cars to get hail damage but not yours?
