interior ideas...

So with the car about to hit 93k miles, some of my factory painted interior pieces are starting to fade, and the charcoal is starting to rub through, showing the sn95 black underneath. Ive been toying with doing some accenting to ascenuate the exterior a bit, and wanted some opinions before investing a little time in this project...

Thinking about taking th radio and shifter bezels and painting them a darker silver or gunmetal color, similar to the 04 mach 1.



Also toying with painting the upper (non-moving) vents in the dash, along with the door panel controls, the same color. Similar to this.



Opinions? Be honest, not going to do it if its gonna look like rice, just like the two-tone interior look. May try some effects to make it look brushed...

I like it, I'd do the vents too.

vents look tacky to me, im not a fan of the painted bezel around the switches though either looks kinda weird to me with the black buttons maybe if you got some brushed aluminum switches to go with it

Black on black is fine for you tyler, but i want a difference lol...

And i like the black buttons with the brushed panel. Having brushed buttons would make it overbearing...

oh i didnt see you were saying the ac vent and the panel in brushed, that would look good

I think this looks great aside from the giant white cloth accents

Yea but 1000 for seats isnt in my budget lol.

trying to find a spare set of SN95 seats that I can have my mother-in-law recover for me. It's that or find a good deal on S197 seats.

I was actually making fun of the airbags being deployed lol
