... Winter Storm Warning in effect until 9 PM CST this evening...

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a Winter Storm
Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect until 9 PM CST this
evening...

For the following counties...
* in Oklahoma... Cherokee... Adair... creek... Okfuskee... Okmulgee...
Wagoner... Tulsa... Rogers... Mayes... Delaware... Pushmataha...
Choctaw... Pittsburg... Sequoyah... McIntosh... Muskogee... Le
Flore... Latimer and Haskell. In Arkansas... Washington...
Madison... Crawford... Benton... Sebastian... Carroll and Franklin.

* This warning replaces the Winter Weather Advisory that was in
effect

Hazardous weather...
* areas of moderate snow with embedded heavy snow bands will
continue to expand over northeast Oklahoma and northwest
Arkansas through the afternoon. Occasional light snow will
continue this afternoon across southeast Oklahoma and west
central Arkansas... before tapering off by late afternoon. Snow
will continue through the evening across northeast Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas.

* Total snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches are expected in the
warning area. Much of southeast Oklahoma has already received 4
to 5 inches and could see an additional inch this afternoon.

Well just spent an hour and a half driving home from claremore to owasso. The roof collapsed at work so they evacuated the building and sent everyone home. They want us back tomorrow if it gets fixed... dunno...

HE HE HE.... the roof at my job is sinking in now. they sent all the office workers home up front. Now one side of the shop next to the offices is sagging also. i really hate moving my heavy tool box to the other side of the shop. I hope it gets fixed soon. I don't like working in the snow or cold.

I'm really going to hate to drive my car in this crap once it comes out of the body shop.

Wife drove 3 hours from downtown Tulsa to her prison in Taft (usually a 40 min drive) only to work for 2 hours and get sent home due to weather (2 hour drive home)
So to recap 5 hrs driving for 2 hours work.
Way to go Department of Corrections.

Woo what a week between working. Crap load and being stuck in bartlesville then I had to take the car to bartlesville to pick my son up I got all kinds of looks

Mine is safely buttoned up in the garage....still looks shiny from when I washed her before the storm hit

She wont see pavement until the snow sand and salt is gone

I've been driving mine. Didn't wanna get the Sable dirty.

Looks like more Sunday and again Wednesday. I think it's a new ice age upon us.

Yeah, well that's where my dad does and that's where I keep my stang when I'm not driving it.

Thought i saw it a few weeks back. I am down the street, just look for two rare "ugly" green jeeps!

I'm actually going to drive for the first time this crap hit here in a few minutes. No, not the Stang. The Bummer has proved useless. I'm gonna give the Caddy a shot!
