You fuggers still alive and out there?
Well, I just I'd give an update, if there is any hope to the forward looking statement:
1. I think my wife is on board with me getting the Aluminator 8:5 compression and the Kenne Bell 2.1 Mach 1 kit
2. The sucky part (and she doesn't know yet) I can't afford right now and will need to drop in a T-56 in the near future, so initial power will not exceed what my Tremec 3650 can handle
3. I still need to get a final "YES" and secure funding for all parts... but once done with my plans, y'all are gunna cream like Prince did in 1991
4. I'm gunna need a lot of cheap or free help to get all of this done please
5. Listening to angry rock like Breaking Benjamin or Chevelle makes me smile right now for some reason. ironic because angry rock is angry, and I couldn't be more depressed and mad at life because of things going on outside of work (my mom and car, oh, and my leopard gecko died a few weeks ago to boot)
6. Vodka kicks ass. No, I'm not drunk right now
7. Work sucks. My job is cool and I get paid good for what I do though. Just work in general sucks. I need to hit the lotto so I can buy lots of cars and retire

Why don't you come over and do that for me? Please?
I've already got Jared helping me with his nonchalant mumblings of agreement to whatever I say
I would have thought he would have helped, but after hearing his mumblings, and the fact he kinda looks like a ratard, he really didn't help any

Why a t56??? They are not a strong tranny in stock form... I'd go with a tko 500/600 if I were you...

Easier swap than a TKO for my SN95, from what I've read. Plus I like the gear ratios; plus my 4.10's with a KB 2.1L, I'll be in business. I figured if Termis run the OEM T-56 and lots of them put down 600rwhp easy with no problems, why not swap to a T-56?
Any ideas that could potentially handle 800rwhp (more realistically would run around 600rwhp max) that is an easy swap (in and out, no major mods to get it to work), where I don't drop a sh!tload of cash to do? Will need to mate to Aluminator 8:5 longblock, plus m OEM clutch setup in not hydraulic

Re: You fuggers still alive and out there?
Easier to make a T-56 stronger and easier swap out than doing a TKO? Cost OEM T-56 = cheaper than TKO? Cost of build kit and T-56 = cheaper than TKO?
I want the swap from my 3650 to __________ to be easy and be reliable to handle the power

Re: You fuggers still alive and out there?
I'd be able to help here and there. The t-56 is pretty simple to get out. The 3650, is a bitch. I'll lend a hand and what little expertise I have. Maybe we could make this a BMMC Project car??
Oh and about Jared. If your wife happens to be wearing soft fuzzy sweatpants, Jared will pretty much do whatever she says. He sucks at putting his foot down.

Well, my downfall has always been her dad. He's got a 69 Camaro he drags in the 1/8th at Sallisaw, with a 542 bb with a 300 shot of NOS.... and it's always "This is my last mod" then time goes by and it's "I need this to add HP/TQ or to drop weight" so that factor of her knowing it may never be the end doesn't help
I keep note of the fuzzy sweatpants idea though. Maybe we can get a "workday" gangup here, so you all can voice that I need the 8:5 Aluminator and the KB 2.1L kit for the Mach (and a new suspension setup now as well as a new tranny and a new wheel/tire combo in the future)? And when I say workday, I mean nothing. Bettie is pretty much torn down as much as she can be until new stuff arrives to actually do the work. That equals decisions to be made and money in the bank to pay for all the parts. This workday would be more like us BSing and drinking in my garage acting like we are working on Bettie.

I'm down for hanging, but Bettie is stuck in my garage for now

Re: You fuggers still alive and out there?
most guys with making 600rwhp with a t56 have already upgraded the input shaft and rebuilt theyre tranny to while its out...
you can buy a used t56 for 1200-1600??? plus $300+ for 26spline input shaft, and whatever into clutch...
the only way to make a t56 last is dont beat on it...
if you want a t56 that will handle some power id look into the magnum...a few guys on svtp have put them into their cobras and say its a night and day difference between the two...if money is looking good in the next few months ill be doing the same

Re: You fuggers still alive and out there?
I would also reccomend upgrading to the adjustable clutch quadrant vs retaining the cheap factory plastic one. Mine went out of adjustment and would not stay adjusted with the factory quadrent. This ultimately led to me breaking a syncro tab and it gettin lodged down in the tranny and locking it into 4th gear. $900 later I have a rebuilt tranny thanks to help from Greg. While in there I upgraded the shift plates from plastic to brass and replaced 4th gear.

I already have a Fiore (made by Reichard Racing) clutch quadrant and micro-click firewall adjuster. Thanks for the heads up though
