Rock Cafe

So I talked to the owner today about the service, the wait, being overcharged, the order being wrong and the attitude of the twin sluts that work there. I started out nice, asking questions and she proceeded to have the same attitude as the waitresses. She was not interested in what I had to say, the fact that the customer was dissatisfied or that her staff was rude. She pretty much told me "too f'ing bad" that it was not her fault and that i was the one (along with Jimmy) that apparently ordered our own food wrong. I told her that she should train her staff to be more customer friendly, and also how to count money, or use the register. Nothing will change, having read the reviews on several sites, apparently this has been going on forever. Sooooo, I proceeded to add to the scathing reviews with one of my own ON EVERY RESTAURANT REVIEW SITE AVAILABLE.

Maybe loss of income will make her change her method of customer service.

Oh and btw, it was our fault for overwhelming the kitchen and we should have called, and not just barged in on them. (her words)

The customer is wrong, thats a business plan for failure. There is no better way to limit you business than to piss off the customer who supports it.

Seems to be the wave of the future, and the next generation could care less about customer satisfaction. Thank god, I'll be dead soon

Of course it would have been more bearable if you'd have been there to lust after. How was the re-union?

It was about what I expected and a little disappointing at the same time. It was fun to go and see everyone, but would have enjoyed the cruise better.

My meal was great and timely. :)

It's only good to go to a reunion after about 20 years or so, and then never go again. Funny to see how they've changed. I don't get the people that go every 5 years, they just need to get over high school/college and move on.

Mine next reunion is going to be a the Rock Cafe! FTW!
