BMMC Race car project?
OK so it looks like my wife says she would feel better if I would just build a race car for Hallett Sooo....
I got a '96 Black V-6 with a bad head gasket for cheap to start with $500.00
Then Jerry B. and I were talking about it and he says I have all the parts Roush took off my 98 Cobra when they upgraded it to the stage 3. So I have Wheels and Tires , Shocks Struts and Springs, Sway Bars, Sub frame connectors, Exhaust and other parts all with only 100mi on them. From a 98 Cobra, so engine and trans options abound I need a solid 300 rwhp for the class I am planning on running (GT2) avg lap times of 1:36-7ish. I can already out do that with my '06 now. The guy's at the track can build the cage and we can use the race shop out there. So who might be interested in doing a race version of the Wounded Warrior Project Mustang? I would not be ready till next March but a fun summer build could be in the works and we can display our progress during the Shelby meet. These are some random thoughts right now I need help on developing a work plan any ideas?
