Re: Top Gear USA
Episode #2 was much better. It almost had to be after last week. I think I'm with David's opinion of Adam though....

I liked it when the dog relieved himself on the Top Gear floor.

Re: Top Gear USA
I liked the blind guy doing the parking job. That was pretty awesome. It's getting better, but still missing a little bit of the humor piece that I am use to with the british version, other that it is getting better.

Re: Top Gear USA
The humor at least made a small showing. The "Skittles" comment was pretty funny and, I am sensing a hint chemistry, however slight.
Adam seems so outta place and awkward. It's like watching Paris Hilton explain Thermo Dynamics.
I just don't think they'll ever replace the intelligent wittiness of Clarkson.

Re: Top Gear USA
I finally forced myself to watch this latest episode all the way through - still hate it. Teaching a blind guy to drift?? Really?? I want to see real-world tests of sports cars; not some stand-up comic friend of Adam Ferrarra who probably hasn't been out of NYC in 20 years and got the chance to take an expense-paid vacation thanks to Adam. This whole show is just an hour-long skit as far as Ferrarra's concerned; he couldn't care less about passing along any useful information on the cars he's given to drive, he just wants to crack jokes. You can tell that him and Rutledge are just reading whatever they're given when it comes to the cars; they have no idea about the history or heritage of any of them. Rutledge Wood graduated from the University of Georgia with a marketing degree; he's done work as a Nascar analyst. He looks like he just came out of the U of G library where he was hunched over a Macbook with a super-grand-latte-skim-hold-the-whipped-cream-mochafrappachino. The only thing better than the dog pissing on the stage would have been if he'd done it on Ferrarra's leg. I might if I ever see him in person. [/rant]

Re: Top Gear USA
They are bad ass, really would like one, maybe when the full four door version comes out I may think about it. They ride amazing at stated considering the shocks it has on it. All it needs is a supercharger and it would be perfect.

Re: Top Gear USA
I dont really like how the 4 door looks... But wouldnt turn one down! Will be interesting to see what these do in value over the next 2-4 years. Hopefully they will drop in the 20's and then i will get one.

I knew all that empty space at the front of the Raptor's engine compartment would be useful for something!
