Davids bridal sucks!

one of the other bridesmaids got the wrong dress in the wrong color, and she's going to look different in the wedding for my friend.
They dont do refunds.
which also sucks
and they havent even been able to get some of the other dresses in time.

My dress is supposedly being hemmed. I took it in April 3rd and they said they'd have it done by may 05th...wedding date is may 10th.

I'm worried they wont have it done by then. So I just put in a request to speak to an attorney about this situation, to see what they think about it and what can be done. Should get a call back in less than 4 hours.

Seems a little drastic for such a small complaint. The attorney will cost more than a dress

actually its costing me nothing except the 38 bucks im paying a month.

Hope you dont have any other friends who use them for bridal stuff, cause once you drop the attorney card, you probably wont ever be a customer again

I dont ever want to be a customer at davids bridal to be honest.

But i just got off the phone with an attorney an she basically said to stay on top of them and check the status, and if they dont have it done by May 05th, than i can call up the law firm again and they can shoot them a letter.

man i was real nervous about using my membership and stuff, thinking it was going to be like talking to Dan rathers or someone up tight and professional. but when i called them up, they were all real cool and down to earth and very humorous...was pretty awesome :)

I'm not wanting to sue anyone. Just want to make sure i know what i can do before it turns into something real big. nothing wrong with wanting to get some legal advice geez man

Davids bridal hasn't been very reliable and practically ruined my friends wedding.

forgot to mention it was a lawyer that specializes in these sort of things.

I just call DAVID GARRETT,he knows what to do.

We have had nothing but great experiences with davids bridal...

really? I dont know what it is with us than.
The bridgesmaid dresses all came in late.
one came in the wrong color and in the wrong style
Wedding dress wasnt going to be in on time and they wouldnt let her refund and made her pick out a dress she didnt want.
Some of the ladies there were kind of rude when we kept coming back to try on the wedding dress.

The whole experience just felt ruined for us.

If it was great for you than im happy for you that you had a wonderful experience with them.

I wish i could say the same thing for me, the bride and the other bridesmaids.

That does suck... I mean it's only the most important thing for the bride!
