Yea, if I was the dealer I wouldn't pay either, next time the jackass owner needs to tell them it has a remote start.

Obviously they know it has a remote starter or it wouldnt have ended in the pond...

Guess he could have accidentally done it? But the article says he remote started it, not he accidentally remote started it?

Hell when I am looking for a car at work in the parking lot, I always hit the lock button so I can hear the horn go off so I can find it. I can kind of relate to this happening if some jackass didn't turn off his remote start in a manual car.

Nah, but I have started vehicles that have remote start accidently when I am trying to find them, but they were automatics thankfully.
