Nice Tony...

Ronny what are ya cutting? I don't have a plasma cutting (however it's on my short list). But I do have a cutoff wheel.

How thick is the metal?

Isn't the heater working that great?? Sweating our asses off this summer seems pretty long ago huh?

pretty thick! Im not using it. Found out from the gas company average gas bill was 800.00 a month here. WTF

So I need to find a cheaper way to heat a 2500 sq ft shop.

It can be cut with a wheel but it's cold as hell out there and it will take awhile to do. lol! Going to work on it today. Have a big job coming in tomorrow and another next week. Vinyl doesn't like to stick when it's this cold. Ready for summer time!!

You're more than welcome to use it. You just need to be careful with the carbon monoxide build up...

It's not hooked up right now. I guess the last tenants unhooked it. Probably couldn't get the workers to quit using it. lol!

You can get CO buildup from running a heater inside without it being properly ventilated.

I believe the guys over at Accent have a plasma, they also have a steel chiminea if you are looking for any ideas on how to build it.

Infared heater is what you need. Don't know how much they cost, but they claim 50-75% savings in fuel.
