looking for a place to live.

My lease will be up next moth and i want to move into someplace smaller. 700 sqft is to big for me and I don't have much stuff. I currently live at Bristol Parks apartments near 41st and Garnette area. Current rent, $379 plus utility a month.

I was just wondering if any one knows of a cheap place, away from the getto area. I been trying to cut corners with my utility but I notice my water bill getting bigger every month. I can't get a straight answer from the office why this is, so F@#k it, I going to move out. They also take too long to fix shit in the apartment. I fix most of the shit, including the electrical. I've lived here for over 3 years now. I'm tried of hearing dunking mexicans, fights outside and crappy management. I need a change.

A Studio, share an apartment or home. I'm paper train so i don't make much of a mess. I'm actually a neat freak. I don't smoke, no pets, drink once a blue moon. Just makes noise with the mustang, coming and leaving home.

Thanks peeps. Well i renew my contract. Getting my carpet clean and apartment repainted. That's cool. Besides, I can't find a place as cheap as I'm paying now. At least I know who lives around me my face and cars they drive. I just try to make more friend out here.

That is pretty crazy cheap rent, good idea to stay.
