Went to Caney Kansas today and stopped by a safari sanctuary and was talking to the guy about maybe comming up and going thru it as a weekend trip.. Its not that big but its pretty neat with the white tigers, lemurs, coatimundis, monkeys, bears and so on. They have been on Oprah, Good Morning America and have a book comming out soon about the white tigers that were born there and that were abandoned by thier mother and the people put them with thier Golden Retriever to nurse them.. Pretty amazing story. But i thought it would be a nice trip for a famile trip to go on for the day sometime. Cost is $10 for adults and $8 for kids 2-12 but maybe we could get a group discount.

That would be cool. Where is Safari? Did they move from Broken Arrow?

BTW... Jarrod once nursed a baby skunk back to health.

Safari's is a lot of fun. I did some volunteer work there about a year ago. It was all good until I got attacked by a monkey...lol. Luckily it didn't have any teeth, it just gummed me and left bruises...lol.
