So put up time!
Ok I will be at Hallett Saturday so it is time to put up or shut up.
If you just want to come out and watch or if you are really brave you may take a lap or two with me, our club will have a raceport so whoever has the banner has to bring it. they will be running on Friday and Saturday so come out and enjoy.

Jebus!!! I'd have to pay $230 to race around a track. I'd rather pay $20 and go down the drag strip a few times.

Re: So put up time!
Try buying 5 hrs of track time for less yes it costs money to play. I guess we could for go flag workers and EMT's to save a little but somebody has to roll the car back over for me when Blair blows past me.

I might run my Sable out there. That way it would be fair race.

I would love to go but I just dropped my money for Mid-America meet. Will have to wait until then.

George,
Are you still going next week?
I am planning on Friday 5/29. I've talked to a few others (at least one viper) who'll be there that day too.

So you are going this weekend? I sent a request in for the 29th or 30th and have not heard back from Steve yet. I'm beginning to wonder if he still loves me, or is just having fun at WalMart with my credit card #!!!

I can't see the attachment from this computer. Is that the entry for next week or this week. I just assumed it was the regular COMMA/HST this coming weekend.

Re: So put up time!
George, do you have any idea if there are any slots left open? I sent in money/request a week ago and have not heard anything.

Could you email the entry form to me George? I asked Connie via email, but she's probably too busy with this weekend's activities. I'm trying to reserve a spot for Friday if you wouldn't mind mentioning to Scott when you speak with him.

Re: So put up time!
Man! They are not making it easy on me!
I had everything all lined up for Friday, and now they list it as a "clockwise" circuit. This is supposed to be my tune up for Mid-America which is "counter-clockwise". So I really need to go Saturday instead of Friday....
BUT.......the tires that I am currently running just might have enough tread life on the left side of the car (directional rotation ) that I might be able to wring two days out of them before they go to Hallett's great tire wall in the sky. My wallett, though, may not last quite as long as the tires.
I could handle sleeping in the truck at the track, but I'm not so sure about my sleeping arrangements at home after I tell the wife about 2 track days............

The reply I was looking for was....."What the hell, Jeff; go for it!"
or
"You only live once....."
Now, let's try it again guys.................

Re: So put up time!
Look Jeff get over it just do what the hell you want and tell her like it or lump it. My vows said good times and bad so these are my good times and if they are her bad ones so be it. BTW who is the man of the house you or the dog.
Ok back to the real world, I talked to Connie on Sunday about you and Blair she had info on Blair but nothing on you that we could find she was going to see if Scott had something. I will be out on Saturday for sure and I think Roger is comming with me so thats four and we have a Raceport reserved 11-12 best one available. We do need the club to come out and spectate to urge us on and go for rides. This will be a very fun event and a great warm-up for the Shelby show.

Re: So put up time!
"Man of the house?"..............hmmm, according to the girls, I think that would be the CAT!!!!!!!!!!
I just got a downloadable/printable copy of the entry form this morning; never could get a response to my emails but they finally had a link on the website today.
I'm now registered for Saturday; but still undecided on Friday. I don't think Friday will fill up though. So I should have some time to make that call.
