Re: pacettr's Track Vids
Great runs! Love to see that. But shhhhh......Dont tell anyone over there in 3V hate land that you ran close to 11's in a 3V. You'll be called a liar (even with the video) and flamed for even suggesting it. LOL
Congrats!
Congrats!

Yeah I know. They still wont believe it. According to them the 3V isn't capable of anything but 16 sec runs and 13 if your blown.

Yep, still 118mph is 118mph, that could easily be 120 plus with some more seat time.

I've only broken one. LOL haven't had a problem with it since the rebuild. The Tremecs are tough. Plus if you wanna go fast you gotta drive it like you stole it.

Re: pacettr's Track Vids
Exactly. Truth be told its just the way I am with cars. 2 or 3 years and I have to have a new one. If I get a GT500 or some other blown contraption it'll be the same thing. 2 or 3 years down the road I'll want somthing else.

Re: pacettr's Track Vids
Not me, I just buy more stuff to kind of make the car feel new again. I think a bigger blower would make the car feel new again, just need to convince the boss now! :)

Yep convince her that you need forged guts and the blowzilla to get to 800rwhp safely. LOL Use the old safety first speech I'm sure she'll agree straight away.

for some reason I think 800rwhp is overkill for the street, 700rwhp will be more manageable!

They put some dyno numbers from the new 2.9 whipple, 740hp, 676tq with 18lbs
750hp/700tq with 19.5lbs
788hp/750tq with 22.5lbs
All runs where kept under 6250rpms, this is whipple t/b, underdrive balance and 72lb injectors, I need. This is still rod through the block territory!
