From an outsiders' point of view though, if the story went down like he said it did, he could have a case for the dept. trying to get out of paying his full pension etc.......I'd say if his lawyer is good...................oh well, I don't like very many lawyers anyways............but we won't go into that now, will we.....?


But that should have no bearing on merit raises for dept. staff. The lawsuit payout should come from a different pile of fake money.....maybe TARP funds

I have to be careful what I say since my brother is a material witness. Yes it went down as is it was reported and he will get paid, but it will come from a liability insurance fund not city coffers. I was involved in a VERY similar suit with a friend of mine on the force he was jacked by a LT that wanted him gone and invented a problem. He was paid off when the evidence came out and put back on the force. Needless to say incompetence knows no bounds to the level of government whether Local or National.

They will probably pay him off for a 1/100th of that much

ok well it had me worried for a bit cause i've already been hearing rumors in the city that no one is getting a raise this year due to the budget being short.

sure if ya wanna do it for free, dont think the bf will have time to do it today, he's fixing a buddies altenator today

we;ll have to see when a good time for this is, i know how to do it just have to get the tools and the time to do it. this coming week im free everyday except monday and friday
