Open Letter to the BMMC
Dear BMMC,
On behalf of Paul, David, and Myself, I just wanted to say thank you for being apart of the BMMC! This is an amazing club and forum full of incredible people. Respect, Integrity, and Character are the 3 things I look for the most in an individual and I feel we have this in abundance and I thank each and every one of you for that.
We also have an amazing group of core guys and gals that bring enthusiasm and humor to the group that keep things light and fun and I appreciate all that you do. On occasion some of the comments are pretty direct and dicey, but know if it ever crosses the line someone will let you know and all is good again. Humor and fun is something we definitely want to hold onto at club events, meetings, and on this forum.
There are so many individuals here that come from different walks of life, yet still manage to be respectful and genually try and help each other out when they can. I honestly love logging on daily and chatting with each and every one of you. As one gets older in life, friends are hard to come by and I think you'd all agree. But fortunately being involved here there is an endless abundance of friendships with interesting poeple that are forged daily....and most that understand your obbsession with your car. In other circles your double takes just before you tuck her in the garage and turn the light off wouldnt be understood hehe.
Again, thank you all for being here. The club is growing at an exponential rate and more and more great people show up daily. 2009 is going to be the best year yet for the club and Im glad you will be here to be apart of it.
Please let Paul, David, or Myself know if there is anything we can do to make this club/forum a better place to be...shoot us an email or PM and we'd be happy to ablige.
Thank you all
Paul-David-Jarrod

Dang Jarrod, I think I shed a tear. :) Anyways, it's funs to be apart of this group, good group of people with some nice cars. I look forward to being apart of more events so I can rag on that yellow gt. I have more envolvement here than the other oklahoma mustang site that I have been on for awhile now, rather be apart of something local like bmmc.

Jarrod... that is so sweet! <--- Jarrod!
I think I can speak for the most of us.... We all have an unexplainable obsession with a "car", some would find it borderline Sykotic!!! (I know the correct spelling, btw)
With that being said, I am very glad that I ran across this club (I would have hate to ran across y'all and smoked that ass on the street!)... You guys are great and I have faith that I will learn alot from some of the ancient elders... and just have a great time with the rest of you!

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
Nicely put. Like Jarrod said if it weren't for the members we wouldn't have a club. So hats off to the members! It's hard to have as many different people as we do with varying ages and backgrounds without the I occasional disagreement. That being said, it is even more clear of how important respect and courtesy are in a community such as ours. I hope we all remember this and strive to be the best at what we do. Our image is one of trust, integrety, perseverence, self control and courtesy. As a cohesive unit we are far stronger than any one of us is on our own. I look forward to this year with you and hope to enjoy many great memories for years to come. Thanks for all that you do.

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
I've only been on this forum for a few days and I can tell that this really is a good group of people. There's alot of clowning around here compared to car bashing and trash talking on some other forums I frequent. Keep up the good work BMMC!!!

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
Screw all of you!
JK... Our goal was to keep this club a decent and respectful place, but not stuffy. While that can be a challenge (lord knows!) I hope we doing a good job.
I've seen both sides of the forum world. No holds bar and others where you'd be banned for saying "shucky darn". Our original concept was to get something in the middle. We think it represents real life and the majority of people out there and thus we target like-minded members.
Unfortunately you can't please everyone. People offend and get offended and in a public forum everyone sees it. Life goes on. But I will not bend on the original concept.
Thanks everyone!

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
Without bmmc life would be to ordinary. It's good to break away from the daily routine. You all know what routine I'm talking about (get up, go to work, come home, go to bed and start all over again). Thanks bmmc!!!

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
Cant wait to get started with all the events and joke around with people that share my passion. Its great to have an obsetion that everyone shares. Its like an AA meeting for mustangs.

Re: Open Letter to the BMMC
Go to bed? Whats that? This is a great place to let loose...start a thread about a frustrating day at work, a problem with your car, a joke you heard, etc etc A place to vent your positives and negatives.
As for work...I hope they never ban the BMMC site...I wouldnt know what to do at that point haha
Cant wait till it starts getting warmer and the car shows and events start up...hot sun...cold refreshement....about 40 comedians walking around wearing BMMC shirts, its going to be a blast in 2009
