Hector.... I have gotten 2 Wreckless driving tickets.... Both kicked down to speeding tickets..... wreckless driving is a kick down from a DUI... thats why its hell on your record. My buddy got a "Speed contest" ticket the other day.... wtf is speed contest? anyways, the DA told him that he had video of the "speed contest" I told him to show the tape at the trial... he is just paying the ticket tho....
Call a lawyer... if the DA won't kick it down to speeding!
