Looking for an apartment at a good price

I need to find a 3 bedroom/garage/gated communit/allows pets up to at least 30lbs
with at least 800 dollars a month or close to that.

anyone have any ideas? 3 bed for Me, mom and bf

its very urgent that i get out of this house :(

sorry to hear that! They are building new apts at The Greens in BA. Not sure how much they are though.

well i'm not there, but 800 sounds like it would be pretty easy to do. why an apartment and not a house. that's the only thing, i don't know that i've seen 3 bedroom apt's

ya, for 800.00 month you could get a 3 bedroom home. Alot better than an apt. IMO

because one day me an my bf will want to move out an get a place of our own, than what will my mom do? be stuck all by herself with a large house payment along with other bills

Very sorry to hear about this, Amanda. Some other options you might consider (if you haven't already) are to get two smaller apartments adjacent to each other; or rent a house on a rent-to-own basis, where all your rental payments would go towards the puchase price of the house if and when you and your bf decide to buy it. At that time you could move your mom into a smaller apartment.

I Think they are meaning renting a house. I checked on it a while back and there are several duplexes around town that are somewhat reasonable. Check the ones near 51st and memorial accross 51st street from BancFirst, also check the ones that are near 31st and sheridan that you can see from the onramp to I-44 from the BA. There are some off 61st street between memorial and mingo. Take a look at some of those. Duplexes tend to be cheaper than houses but you can still get a garage and in some cases a two car garage. Might also check out where David lives in catoosa, not sure what the prices are out there. Dont buy though just rent and then when you need to move out on your own it shouldnt be a problem.

Amanda there is a rental house near mine for about 650-700/mo 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage. It would be better than any apt and the old man who owns it is good to get along with.

I just emailed mom about an she seems very interested.

There are some new ones at 81 and Mingo, dont know how much they are, but might have some move in specials since they are new. They have garages as well.
