Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00214
Pass fog light, last week... It is almost totally gone now [The Glass]
Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00215
Driver fog light, today..... It is cracked, but two pieces fell in the light, no sign of a rock!
Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00216
Closer drive side view
Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00217
See, no rocks?!?!?
Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00218
Pass side after a week of driving... [New fog light on order from Roush $60]

Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00219
Drivers side ....
Roush Fog Light Problem.... Dsc00220
The car is alittle dirty, it rained/sleeted last night
Can someone please explain this to me?!?! First it started last week with the pass side light, now I notice today it happend to the drivers side light...
Has anyone else had this problem? At first I thought a rock did it... two rocks within 1.5 weeks and the lights still work?
I was thinking that the lights are hot and the weather in Oklahoma is getting very cold, but I'm not so sure....

Any Ideas?!?!?! These lights are costing me money $$$

so have you already purchased them once??? i'd say there may be something wrong with that particular batch if they are just breaking for no reason. the cold shouldn't break plastic like that i wouldn't think

Sorry to hear about your fog light woes....happened to my passenger side. I hope you didnt pay too much for your fog light.

Stage 3 motorsports can get your roush fogs for like $40 a piece. Not bad if you ask me

Here is the link....they have it listed for $50 but I just called bill and ethan at stage 3 and see what they can do.... I believe they only charged me around $40 and free shipping.

I hope mario and roush didnt charge you out the wazzoooo

Stage3motorsports caters to Roush....they have great deals! Ford is expensive and the items at stage3 are usually drop shipped directly from Roush, so its the same stuff.

But if you got it under warranty....now that would be nice

Very interesting. I'm not thinking rocks... I'm thinking more alone the lines of the housing shrinking and expanding due to the temps.

Mine happened last year in the summer...so it might be the bulb temp. Not sure...heck it still could be a rock...but I never heard a rock hit my car.

Thanx for all the input! I was originally going to buy it from ford.. They sold me the wrong light, I didn't buy it. Went to Roushs website, picked it up for $60 + $11 shipping, I know right! It weighs 1.9 lbs... And it cost $11 to ship, anyways... Jarrod, I'll wait for Mario to talk to Robert... If he can't do anything, I'll send u a pm... See if it would be possible to get the hook up!

Paul, I agree... I was thinking that it could have been possible for someone I was behind to fling a rock. 2 rocks in 1.5 weeks, now I'm thinking... Prolly not a rock!.... If Im having that kinda luck, maybe I should stay at home! Plus... I drive on the hiway or street. When I bought the Roush, it had a sticker; "not for off road use!".

Note: roushs don't come with that sticker, only GT500s do! Hahaha

Yep. The glass on those are normally pretty thick. A pebble wouldn't do it...

Jarrod might have something with the bulb temp... Think about it. Cold, Cold Glass and then you turn on the light. BAMM!
