Chuck a.k.a SaleenPJ
Hi guys!
Jarrod invited me over here from another forum dedicated to grabber orange stangs. Once I checked around, I realized I know at least one other member: "Doc".
Hey Chris! It's Chuck! I still work at the medical school Chris worked at.
I've been a proud owner of my Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang since November 06. Here's a pic at last year's Darryl Starbird show...
Other than replacing the static with permanent vinyl numbers and putting on a Shorty antenna, I haven't made any modifications (yet).
I'm interested in lowering my ride height, possibly with Eibach sportlines and also looking into a CAI and tune in the future...
I'm still pretty new to car clubs, I joined Green Country last year and only went to a couple meetings. I didn't have a very good peer group as I'm not at retirement age, but I did go with them to nationals in Mustang Oklahoma last year, here's another pic from that...
Anyway, it was pretty cool seeing all the mustangs in the same place. I've also been to some Joe Cooper shows that CarFX sponsored, nothing big.
I've noticed the 'tech days' and other events you guys have and it does appear that the mean age is in the 30s so I hope to get involved this spring. Maybe you guys can give me advice on lowering my ride with the Watts link rear suspension setup.
I'm a family doc like Chris is. I've worked for the school for 5 years now and its a fun gig training residents.
I have 2 boys, 2 1/2 and 7 months old, here's one of them helping me wash the stang...
O.K. That's enough for show and tell. I promise I won't post as many pics next time!
Cheers!
Chuck

Welcome Chuck! Nice car. I too was at the National show in Mustang last year. I remember your car you were west and around the corner from where I was parked in front of City Hall. I think I may have seen you the other day over near the Reasors in Catoosa? If not you there must be another PJ running around. If it was I was in the bad ass Performance White Stang with the wicked exhaust! LOL
Good to have you on board! Welcome! Oh and never mind the Grabber Orange jokes in here. hehe

Chuck!! Glad to see you made it over here! Those pics are SWEET! Please stop in on the forum daily and chat with us!!
As for the "Other" Club you mentioned...I had a similar experience with them...it looked like most were about dead already haha.
Wow I didnt know you knew Chris G. aka "Doc" We might just have to find a medical nickname for you as well So the Count will be 3 Grabber orange mustangs in the club!! yes! By far the best looking color of the bunch hehe.
We have a lot planned this year...Chris "Doc" is one of the main people heading up the events so feel free to get with him on any questions you might have.
Looking forward to seeing your ride in person! We have a cruise coming up early next month...Are you going to be able to make it?
Great to have you here!
PS post as many pics as you want!! Pics are always welcome here!

I'm up in River Hill Estates behind Molly's Landing.
There's a few nice mustangs around the Catoosa / Claremore area. I know a guy towards Claremore that has a new GT500 and the Shelby Hertz edition...
