if you want it to look even decent paint is never going to be cheap unless you do know a body/paint man. maybe if you're able to trade one type of service for another or something, but seldom does that happen unless people know eachother. maybe with everyone on here someone knows someone.
maaco is pretty cheap. if you do all the prep work yourself it will be even cheaper and can look better also. most of the cost of getting a paint job is the prep work. removing trim, taping, sanding, ect.

Re: Paint? Who can paint?
Yea I agree with the above. With paint you get what you pay for most of the time so unless you know someone that will give you a break or work with you then the paint isnt going to look like you want. With that said, some places will give you a paint job on the stuff that does look good but wont look good for very long because the prep wasnt good or the materials were not top notch so beware of that as well. Now if thes are New parts and not used parts the prep is all but done they will just need cleaned, primered and sprayed but if they are used parts they will need stripped and prepped.
My Suggested.. Since the Liberty is a fairly new vehicle I would call Apex (LKQ) or another salvage that can put it out on the parts wire and see if they can find you the fender and bumper that are already painted the right color off a salvage vehicle. This would be the best way to do it in my opinion. You get it pre painted, all the fasteners will be on it and it should make for a strait forward bolt on and in the long run I think you will save a bunch doing it this way.
