Your next dream Car is?????
My plan is to pay off my Mustang in the next two years and go get another car to enjoy. I have always sold one car to purchase the next car but this time I will be keeping the it. What car would be the next car in your stable? Maybe the ultimate track car or quarter mile car? Here are my objectives...
Nothing foreign
$35,000 max cost
Muscle car
Not a Corvette
Maybe Turbo, convertible, classic
It is still a ways off but just curious to know what you guys would add to the collection.

Re: Your next dream Car is?????
Well I have a couple of plans for the future cars I will own. One is to build a Fox Body Coupe again. I have had 4 or 5 of them over the years and regret selling my last one. I would like to build another one mostly for track duty but would get occasional street use. The second is my plan to build somthing wicked with a current model S197. Not sure if it will be my current car or perhaps an upgrade to a GT500 in the near future, but nonetheless my plan would be to build a reliable driver with in excess of 600 hp. and all the bells and whistles. Capable of 1/4 mile, Hallett, and car show stunner.

Cadillac CTS-V; a used GT500 that I drop off at Shelby Motors in Vegas to have converted into a Super Snake; a Ford Raptor pickup; a Corvette ZR1; and a Challenger SRT-8. I could be happy for 2 or 3 years playing with that collection.

Re: Your next dream Car is?????
Well, I got the AC already. I've always wanted one since I was a wee lad. So... it would have to be a Ford GT. However, I wouldn't kick a new ZR1 Vette or Koenigsegg CCR to the curb.

By the way now that the GT500 have come down, I'd consider one of those. Before... I would have rather had a Z06 for the money. Just don't tell the Ford gods.

Re: Your next dream Car is?????
I have my terminator, so for now I'm happy. Would eventually like a Sonic blue lightning to go with it. Lately have ben getting the itch to get a cobra kit car (maybe sonic blue as well w white stripes). Would like to find a rolling chassis and take it from there. I will stay true to my blue blood line. The only thing I have ever driven is a Ford and it has never done me wrong.

Re: Your next dream Car is?????
I already know our next one. Its not my choice but I promised the wife it because she loves them. She wants the 02-04 Thunderbird. Im not the biggest fan of them, but she loves them and so I said that would be her next one when the 06 Stang and 07 Explorer are paid off.
As for me, I want to get a 93 Cobra bone stock (you know, except cold air, springs etc... the normal mods) and restore it to near perfect or perfect condition. I just want it to sit in the garage. Something me and the boy can start up on a weekend and go run around in.

Hey dont feel bad...I kinda like the thuderbirds...just wish they would have put some BEEF under the hood.
As for the Cobra and your son...thats a great idea! You can find 93 cobras relatively cheap...you'd be suprised. Working on my older brothers 83 GLX 5.0 and my dads 69 Mach 1 in the driveway got me interested in mustangs. Its also brought us all closer together. Very classic and neat idea. I hope it all works out for you

Yeah, Im hopeing to sneak the Cobra in right when my 06 is paid off without her saying to much. I could have it paid for or paid off within a year depending on price. Ill be starting on the lookout here in about 1 year. I just hope that my boy gets as big as an interest in cars as I have!
Im okay with the Tbirds. I actually saw one with paint called merlo. It was gorgeous. I am really trying to sway her towards that color when se do get her one.

Re: Your next dream Car is?????
A new Z06 or a new Porsche 911, but that will be after we build our new house.
Even though both are something I really would like to own. Chances are this is what I will build instead.
