Tech Day at BHF - Nov 8th at 2:00pm

benji can make 200 two times if he wants to as i will have my 4.10's by then too. i was going to have him install mine also. how much rearend grease to replace it, as i want to put AMSOIL in mine. i have seen temps of 9" third members at the end of 20 lap dirt race the AMSOIL is amazing. cooler has to mean less friction. oh and by the way no differance in the gears and both built and bought at the same time by the same guy

You might just give him a call and ask if hes game for 2 that day. :)

You will need two and a half quarts I believe on the differential fluid. Oh and I'm not sure about the Amsoil but I know the Royal Purple already contains the friction modifier if it dosent you will need a bottle of that as well.

You know.. I might actually go to this for a little bit.. I have some things that need done but nothing I will probably be messing with at the tech days as putting gears in and dropping a gas tank are more work than I want to get into at Tech Day and I have a warm empty garage. But since I will be back in town and have not driven my car or any car for that matter in 6 weeks I think its time..

There are quite a few hydrolic lifts at Bob Hurley Ford...you might take advantage of that instead of laying on the COLD floor of your WARM garage...just a though. Plus it gives you an excuse to do manly things with men

lol.. I dont do those manly things with men.. I prefer women.. lol.. I dont want to get wrapped up in a bunch of work right when i get back.. I would rather just enjoy the company and then work on the car the following weekend.. I think my 17 hour travel time on Friday might take a bit of my energy.. lol..

BTW... In order to use the shop to work on your mustang... you must be a member of BMMC. It's fine if you sign up that day.

Also, like Jarrod mentioned... you don't have to work on your car. It's more than fine to just come out and hang with the group.

I am really excited to attend this tech day in tulsa. I have an appointment at 10:00 AM with Benji to install the gears and then I will be able to meet everyone in the club. Does anyone know where I can pick up a set of 4.10 Ford racing gears? I have a couple of options so I will start calling in the morning but I didnt think it was going to come together. Ok, I have received news that the club will have access to the shop at BHF from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for Sat. The club will be cooking out and will provide food and drinks. However if you have a favorite dish that you would like to share with the group feel free. If you have tools that you can bring do this as well as we may be required to use our own tools! Come hungry, bring tools and have a great time! See ya there!

i got a few tools i can bring that i used at school. should i bring a BFH or a pry bar?
