hey grabber (oil filters)

hello grabber ,thanks for the invite to this forum. wow i already found some great info ,was reading the thread that had the oil filter web site on it i went there an read up ......i was ...(WAS) a fram man.....itll be motorcraft from here on thanks grabber and thanks to the person that give the web site on the filters.

Not a problem sir!!! Yea Fram is known for caving in under pressure...get that thing off your car ASAP!!! I am currently running a Mobile 1 high efficiency Filter. Most of everyone else has the Motorcraft...both are great filters.

I've run Wix & Motorcraft the last few years. I have run Fram in the past without issue but there has been some issues with them so its just easier to switch.

i hear ya 427,thats my thought exactly.

I too have run Fram for years and years and have had no issues but the way I see it is that Motorcraft is Ford and it is obviously a superior product for basically the same money so why take the chance that you will that one fram that kills your engine?
