It's a pretty good setup if you are planning to learn or do some tuning yourself. Most of us are running the Xcal 2 or 3 with great success.

If your going to use all of its gadgets I guess its worth it, but if you planning on just tunning the car and thats it then no. Jut get the xcal 2 or 3 and you will be just fine. just my .2 cents

Like others have said....if your just going to upload a tune to the car and not play with all of the tuning features I would go with the XCAL3 BUT if your into tuning yourself and want more visibility than go for the livewire.

Another option is to give Kurtis at Archangel Motorsports a call and see what he thinks. you can also order the livewire through him with a custom tune.

I just thought it would be neat with all the stuff dont know how to tune just put the key in and go. I have called him and get an answering machine and no return call.
