Whiteline Transmission Mount Insert (11+ GT)

Anyone have any experience with this yet? I just ordered one. For $40 I couldn't pass it up. If it firms up the shifts like Vorshlag says it does then it will definitely be worth the price. And a little extra NVH won't bother me at all.
I'll be sure to post up my thoughts after install.
