i'm looking at a job that's local to me and my resume is spot on from what the desired skills are, but i've never had to do a cover letter before. can anyone give me a hand with this.

f I remember from Portfolio class its just a little paragraph saying hello and what your interested in (job specific) I think its pretty simple and basic.

thanks. from the lack of responses i'm guessing we don't have anyone on here that has had to do one or at least lately.

everything i read about is saying just like your resume you don't want a cookie cutter cover letter. i've written up my own and hopefully it will get me past the trash can and back to my house rather than afghan
