possible issues w/ a clutch/flywheel combo?

so it looks as i'll be the new owner of a 6060 out of a 2010 GT500.
parts i will be getting with purchase:
trans 9,000 miles on it
stock GT500 drive shaft
cross member
super king cobra clutch
stock and pro 5.0 shifter
reverse pigtail to wire the lockout
my question:
will my spec aluminum flywheel work well with the clutch. the flywheel has about 10k non sc'ed miles on it. i bought the flywheel and a spec 3+ clutch new when i added heads, cams, & gears. the clutch has about 9k sc'ed miles on it. obviously can't use the spec 3+ clutch w/o getting a new 26 spline disc for it.
what issues may i encounter with this clutch/flywheel combo.
