things wrong with my car

Radiator support was not replaced

Hood was sprayed over on the rock chips

Paint chiping from rear quarter panel tire well

Paint run on front bumper

Clear coat run on front bumper and fender

Rear window tint was scratched

Rear bumper was hectors there's a big chip on the corner and yellow is showing through shouldn't that have been sand and primed?

The paint looks like an Orange peel
I'm pretty Damn pissed I got such a crappy job done on my car I'm still waiting on the new wheel
Never got to talk to bill almost like he avoids me .. I'm going to my insurance tomorrow I'm tired of the games if I wanted to sale my car I'm fucked this car might as well be totalled with the way it looks I'm sorry to bash unique to all you guys who got good work but I feel like I wasn't takin seriously and they thought I was another young dumb kid because I look young and they got almost 10k by the end

That sucks man. Rather unfortunate that all the good body people and mechanics don't do it for a living. Its almost impossible to get even decent work done around here. The only reason most of these places stay in business is because the average person doesn't notice these things. Dont feel bad for bashing them, they have it coming. Every car is a reflection of that business regardless of who in the shop painted it. If they gave it back to you in this condition then they deserve every bit of grief you can muster. What you described is unacceptable.

Like i told you, its really crazy that you had such shitty service after looking at mine, pauls, hectors and the many other cars they did flawlessly. The age shouldnt have any bearing on the work performed, and i really dont understand the time it took. Your car had the same damage mine did and mine was done in a month.

Just go up there and be as brutally honest as can be. Dont get belligerant, and dont be standoffish. Just tell them you are not satisfied with the work and you need it fixed. When trish got rearended, we found several things wrong with the car and upon making the owner aware he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

If they dont want to make you happy, they dont deserve your business.

Only thing is ill be out a car once again and I can't afford to be out of a car. Not really trying to bash them hard like you said i saw the work they did and it looks good just don't understand why I was half ass and lied to alot

seriously though, youre gonna need to take it back to that shop whether you like it or not. that way they can give you an answer regarding what theyre going to do about it. then you can take it from there. hopefully theyll realize the mistakes and treat you well.

Ya going there tomorrow! Ya Paul I was under the car today and was spraying some wd on my exhaust manifold bolts and o2 sensors attempting to install my hpipe and when I crawled out from the front I checked that area out and noticed the part where the head light mounts was all beat back in place and paint was peeling it looks horrible

Bill is known for turning out quality work....this definitely looks to be something that needs to be fixed and fixed right.

Im sure he would not want to hurt the reputation hes built with BMMC over one car, so I am confident that you will get the end result you're looking for.

Well just glad you guys are not hating on me for posting what I have gone through so far I was told he was good and when we talked i trusted the work he offered some how I didn't get the results I almost feel like its a lost cost right now the work I've seen but I am going by the shop in the morning and letting him know what's up in a professional respectful way I am one person who pays attention to detail more then the average person I have ocd

Considering how long its been and how much trouble you have had I think you have the right to complain, I know I would be royally pissed off.

Well.. I think that fact that you got on here and just stated what was wrong and didn't just start bashing them. There's a right way to gripe. :)

I did see the finished product. It was not anywhere near what they are capable of. I was really surprised. Especially after the awesome job he did on mine.

Ya Paul that's one reason why I brought it out because you instantly noticed it with out me really telling you much about it and lee did also but I've found more over the weekend just getting it cleaned up and being up under it. If I ever wanted to sell this car I would never get anything out of it the way it is now

Thats why its so critical to approach him about it and not just walk away. Its beeb known that he is going through some personal struggles and he has been out of the picture a lot lately. Sometimes without direction a work group can miss out on important parts of a build, and things that should be corrected are not.

Given the good job he did on my car and also on my wheels, i know what his crew is capable of, and if he truly wasnt around as much during your build, i can somewhat understand the car not being up to his standards.

Well I didn't walk away from him he wasn't there when i got it Friday and I was waiting til I got my new wheel to talk about it and then I couldn't get him on the phone today

you approached this right by not bashing him buddy. a professional attitude goes a long ways. good luck!!
