long story short:

ordered the d-specs in Oct 2006 from stangsuspension.com. those among other parts and my car were awaiting me upon return from deployment. installed them and within a few months i started getting a clunk from one of the fronts going over bumps. the opposite side broke the adjuster off and i couldn't get it out. i removed them and put the stockers back in the front. well stangsuspension closed shop and here we about 4 years later. stangsuspension was brought back to life by a different owner and i received an email about it. first thing i did was ask them about this issue. working with Matt w/ customer support got the 2 fronts warrantied in just a little over a week and back to me.

stangsuspension when i was buying parts had the best prices and excellent customer service. with these recent events it looks like i can expect nothing other than the best customer service from the new owners.

Definitely agree that good customer service can, and will, make or break a company. It's one of the main things I look at, even more so than price.

Glad you got your issue resolved so easily, and A+ for another reputable company...

wow, that is very impressive to honor a warranty from a previous owner like that. Props to him for standing behind it.
